What should I do first?

On Home, set width, length, eave height, pitch, and bays (weld-up). Check sheeting / skeleton in 3D, then open Estimate, BOM, and Drawings. Use New to clear and start over.

Where are the tabs?

Bottom bar on phone: Home, Estimate, BOM, Drawings. No Frame Shop or PC project cabinet in Simple.

Are outputs engineered or sealed?

No. Jayce Simple is for estimating and reference only. Have a licensed professional engineer review and stamp work before fabrication, permitting, or construction.

Account & billing

Subscription and account settings live inside the app under your account menu. For refunds, plan changes, or Enterprise quotes, email support with the company name and seats you need. Each user seat includes 1 PC and 1 mobile device.

App Store / Google Play

Native store listings are in progress. Until then, use the web app at jaycesoftware.com/app and install to the home screen if you want a PWA shortcut.
