Who we are

Jayce is metal building design software operated in connection with support@jaycesoftware.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to that address.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide (such as name, email, and subscription choices) when you create or manage an account.
• Project data you enter in the app (building geometry, site ZIP, openings, notes, customer/job fields you choose to save).
• Usage & technical data typical of a web app (browser type, device, IP address, pages or API routes requested, and diagnostic logs needed to keep the service running).
• Payment information processed by our payment provider when billing is enabled — we do not store full card numbers on Jayce servers.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Jayce app and website.
• Save and sync projects and subscription entitlements you request.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• Meet legal obligations and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that host the app, process payments, or help deliver email — only as needed to operate Jayce — or when required by law.

Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete account data by emailing support.

Security

We use HTTPS and industry-standard hosting controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password for your account.

Children

Jayce is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Jayce after an update means you accept the revised policy.
